About
Krasis is prospective rather than judgemental. You say what you are about to eat, in your own words, and it reads the plate for the three things that decide whether food stays with you: protein, fibre and healthy fat. Two of three and it holds; one and it will not hold you long, so Krasis names a single thing to add. There are no calories, no macros and no logging.
The suggestion always comes from My Kitchen, the staples you tick once, so you are never told to buy quinoa you have never owned. A couple of hours later one question and one tap, starving, fine or stuffed, teaches the app what holds you rather than what holds people in general.
The food table ships inside the app, so reading a meal needs no network connection, no account and no sign-up. The name is the Greek κράσις, the blending of things in due proportion.
