About
Deltion keeps lab results, discharge letters, imaging reports and photographed prescriptions together on your iPhone, iPad and Mac. Each document is encrypted on the device, and there is no account, no analytics and no server of ours.
It reads what you add, pulls out findings and values, flags anything outside its reference range and charts each measurement over time. By default the reading happens on the device with Apple Intelligence; you can instead bring your own Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini key, which stays in the Keychain.
You can keep separate records for family members in the same library. Deltion is not medical advice and does not replace your doctor.
